I concur whole-heartedly with Drake regarding the use of 'Mus of Kerbridge' as the storyline that could potentially turn all 'taurs into movie-stars. A fantastic novel, easily one of my favorites (for the obvious reason, and also because it is simply a well-written piece, with wonderful imagery and stellar character development), marred only by the simple fact of Kidd's apparent reluctance to refer to centaurs as centaurs. (Read it for yourself--please!--and see what you think.)

I also think (I bet you's-all were just waiting for someone to say this) that the time has come for a decent remake of C. S. Lewis's 'Chronicles.' Centaurs get quite a lot of page-time in these works, which I've sure you've all read (if you haven't, go! Now! Turn off your computer and go!) and their portrayal is just as I hope we are portrayed in all works, which is peaceful, erudite, quick with wisdom yet slow to anger. With new digital technology, or by casting a few of us, some justice could be made of these fine works that attempts to date have yet failed to do.

Linking this and the above thread, how 'bout a 'taur remake of the remake of 'Gone in 60 Seconds?' I could easily drop a nitrous bottle under the hood of my tired old '88 GMC Safari. It wouldn't outrun any helicopters, mind you, but mayhap, if all the cops were driving crosstown buses or dump trucks, I'd stand a chance.
