Anime centaur (looking for the artist)

While I was browing the web for centaur pictures, I found one of Lum Invader (a character from the anime series Urusei Yatsura).
Since Lum isn't a centaur, this is probably a piece of fan art, and I was wondering who the artist is.
Does anybody know?
