2 ½ cups flour
1 ¼ cups margarine
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
Combine together in one bowl. Mix, then chill. Chop up into cookies or line well greased spring form with dough (layered reasonably thinly).
Bake shell at 325° Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Peel, core and slice 5-8 apples. Place in pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and bake 30 minutes (or until done) at 325° F.
