Improbable Quiche

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

125 g grated cheese

124 g chopped bacon

1 chopped onion

1/2 cup self raising flour

1 tsp parsley



Beat eggs, add half the flour, beat in, then the rest and beat until it's sort of a paste.

Add the milk slowly (or 1/3 at a time), beating until mostly smooth.

Throw in everything else, mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish. (Pyrex or corningware).

Cook in a moderate (180 C) oven for 1/2 hour to 1 hour or until a clean and dry knife comes out free from egg/milk.

Rest for 5 to 10 mins out of oven.
