Impossible Pie

4 eggs

1/2 cup margarine

1/ cup plain flour

2 cups milk

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup coconut

2 tsp vanilla



Blend all ingredients together well. Add milk last. Pour mixture into large pie plate. Bake at 180 C for 1 hour or until centre is firm. The flour forms a seal of crust. The coconut forms a topping and the centre is an egg custard filling.
